  3. My administrator account stays logged in, so when i turn my computer on, it goes straight in. The problem is that i cannot download any softward becasue there is a password on the account. And i cant access it, i got my macbook OSX from my aunt that died and have no way to recover the password. Do i have to log out of the account and then shut.

Creating new admin account is available in Users & Groups when you have admin privileges to access Mac. However, if you cannot sign in Mac, is it still allowed to create new admin account? Surely it is even though that is not so easy to do like in Users & Groups.
